Our Moreton Engagement Program

Developing future strategies underpinned by community insight, experiences and aspirations.

Fourfold Studio collaborated with City of Moreton Bay on Round 2 of the Our Moreton program. This program focused on engagement on Council’s Corporate Plans, with a specific focus on the Growth, Environment and Sustainability, and Integrated Transport strategies. For a region as large and diverse as Moreton Bay, it is important that a clear road-map is developed to ensure, that as the region grows and develops, we are all working toward a collective vision.

This multi-phased engagement program included a range of touch-points with locals including; a full day summit with local leaders and community groups; small focus groups with the Region’s harder-to-reach demographic groups; an online Future Thinkers Youth program; along with weekend market pop-ups.

This diverse engagement program ensured we were able to gain valuable insights from highly engaged community members including special interest groups, whilst working to uncover new local leaders and emerging voices such as the Region’s youth.

This process has ensured a holistic perspective was adopted and that Council staff can progress with confidence when writing their relevant strategies.
